On-site property management is a must for the seasonal homeowner who needs a full-charge manager. Every CareTaker Program Member is assigned to one of the property managers on our staff as their personal on-site facilitator and supervisor.
With the CareTaker Plan, you get Alarm Response Service, Winter Watch & House Checks, and Home Site Visits plus all the benefits of the HouseCalls OnCall Program:
Alarm Response Service
One Pointe will be the designated alarm system caretaker in the event of an alarm signal.
Winter Watch & House Checks
From November through March, we will perform a weekly exterior and interior inspection of your seaside home or do a house check and report inspection upon request, providing peace of mind while you’re away.
Home Site Visits
Forget to shut the garage door? Need someone to sign for a delivery or let in a worker? Just call. This service includes 6 site visits per year.
24-Hour OnCall Emergency Dispatch
With One Pointe, 24-hour response is just a phone call away. Just as you’d call the auto club if your car breaks down, call One Pointe for any emergency home repair that may arise. We’ll quickly dispatch a service provider to your home – plumber, carpenter, electrician, HVAC contractor, pool technician, disaster specialist – you name it! One Pointe guarantees emergency response anytime – every time.
Keyholder Service
With our Keyholder service, One Pointe can be on your property instantly! We hold a copy of your key to be used in case of lockouts and/or to provide access by maintenance contractors who may require periodic entry both in- and off-season, without sacrificing security by giving away multiple copies of keys.

Members have access to our extensive network of contractors. When our members call and say they are a member of One Pointe, service providers respond faster, do a better job, and complete services on-time and on budget!
