If you are renting your property, One Pointe’s rental management program can make it hassle-free and worry-free. The key to One Pointe’s unique service is its versatility. You can take advantage of our program whether you use a rental agent or rent your property on your own. One Pointe handles all of the details involved for your rented home.
Turnover Service
Property cleaning
Stripping and making of beds, cleaning of baths, washing of floors, cleaning out refrigerator, emptying of drawers, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
Supply each bath with toiletries such as lotion, shampoo & conditioner, bar soap and toilet paper
Linen Service (annual linen rental required to use our service)
Linens will be changed out and returned/swapped out at the next turnover. Two sets of linens per bed and two sets of towels per occupancy. Tenant fee includes linen laundering service.

Available Tenant Services
As your Rental Manager, any tenant that rents your property can call One Pointe to get additional services during their stay. We can arrange additional linens, trash removal, house cleaning services, gas grill propane refills or any other services to make their stay convenient and hassle free.
