Severe Weather Inspections

High wind, heavy rain and severe low temperatures can catch homeowners off-guard. We offer automatic pre- and post-storm services or upon request only. Pre-storm services include checking property, securing any outdoor furniture, and installing storm panels if necessary. Post-storm services include a home inspection for any damages, water leaks or power outages.

Security

Protect your property by choosing a caretaker for your home that is licensed by the Massachusetts State Police to perform home watch, winter watch, or guard patrol.

• Nightly drive-by in a security vehicle
• Weekly exterior inspections of property
• Continuous nightly patrol from 6:00pm to 12:00am

Site Visits

Our technician will escort any approved contractor or vendor, or unlock and disarm your property. Per your request, we can remain with the contractor or vendor until the project is complete, or return later to re-arm and secure your property. This eliminates your concerns of releasing your key and alarm code to new contractors or one-time vendors.

Trash Removal & Disposal Services

We have the largest number of trash pick-ups in New Seabury! We are the best and most affordable service provider – it's that simple! FREE weekly single stream recycling and trash bags are included!
